Rent To Own
24 mo to 60 mo Terms – Everyone is approved up to $25,000. No credit checks. Requirement is two months down for the deposit.
90 Days Same as Cash
We offer our customers the option to exercise the 90 days same as cash option within 90 days from when the building was delivered. The customer must call customer support and make arrangements to make the final payment.
Renters/Landowner Policy
If a customer does not own the property where the building will be placed a landowner waiver will be required from them.
Early Pay Off
We offer our customer the option to exercise an early payoff at any time during the rental term. Depending on the term length selected the rental payment percentage amount will be discounted from the remaining contract balance. There are no additional fees or penalties for exercising this option.
